| "Chris puts quality first. I have seen him reject work
that by many contractor's standards would be more than acceptable.
He knows that the key to his excellent reputation is his personal
involvement in every job. Even in today's world, Chris still
believes that his handshake is as good as a contract. He is that
rare contractor who doesn't hide behind legal clauses and is not
afraid to take a stand on the integrity of his work."

"We have worked
with KOP Construction on all of our major resort construction and
development projects for the past 44 years. We have such trust and
confidence in KOP Construction's ability to perform that we haven't
even considered using another general contractor. We enjoy our great
working relationship with Chris Kopczynski."

"I've known Chris Kopczynski since he as a young man.
His father built the last addition to the Cathay Inn restaurant for
me in 1970. Chris' first construction job was a large addition to my
house. I remember talking with Chris when he was young about how
business is an extension of personal honor. You keep your word, you
do your job well, and the dollar will follow." "Chris did the new construction of the
Cathay Inn for me in 1998. We broke ground in April and moved in by
August. Our business need was for a new building, so we had to tear
down the old building his father had built. I told Chris, 'now, make
your dad proud, you do it better than him.' Chris did just
that.

"It makes me
proud also. Chris has grown into what we talked about when he was a
young man...a man of integrity, a man of honor. He climbed to the
summit of Mt. Everest. He is one of the few people in the the world
to successfully reach that goal. Recently, he gave me a rock from
that climb...from the top of the world.
"This is what
business--good business--is all about...people."

| "We love this
business," says Chris. "It's rewarding to work with a project from
its conception...watching it develop from an idea into a beautiful
building that fulfills a functional and aesthetic need for a client
and a community. And it's even more rewarding to have that same
client call you back 10 years later with a new project that reflects
business or community growth. This region is a wonderful place to
live in, and we work very hard at KOP Construction to be a positive
part of its development and continued prosperity."

Chris Kopczynski |
